CAGP’s Health & Safety Protocols

For your safety and the safety of your colleagues, our policy at CAGP is that anyone who wishes to attend the CAGP National Conference must be up to date with their COVID-19 vaccinations in accordance with Health Canada guidelines. Delegates may be asked to show event organizers proof that they are up to date with their vaccinations. CAGP will not store this information. This proof must be in a form approved by a provincial Public Health authority.

Before continuing with your registration, please be sure you have read CAGP’s Health & Safety Protocols, the Conference Cancellation Policy and the Conference FAQs.

Please read the CAGP COVID-19 Policy and respond accordingly:

I acknowledge that I have carefully read and understood all of the terms of the CAGP COVID-19 policy. I understand that if I fail to comply with the CAGP COVID-19 policy, I may not be permitted to attend CAGP's 29th National Conference on Strategic Philanthropy in Vancouver, BC, April 19-21, 2023.

Please read the CAGP COVID-19 General Waiver and Release and then sign below.
By typing your name and date in the fields below, you are signing the CAGP COVID-19 General Waiver and Release.

If you are completing this registration on behalf of another person, please type ‘I am registering on behalf of someone else’ into the signature box and e-mail CAGP to request a PDF version of the waiver.  The waiver must be signed and submitted to CAGP before this registration is considered complete.

I have read and understand the CAGP COVID-19 Waiver and Release, and agree to be bound by its terms.

Please note that you may be required to show proof of vaccination or valid medical exemption upon arrival at the Registration Desk, in order to gain entry into the Conference.  Any participant who is unable to show proof of vaccination or proof of a valid medical exemption will not be permitted to enter the Conference venue.

CAGP is unable to refund registration fees for any participant who is refused entry to the Conference because they are unable to show proof of being up to date with their COVID-19 vaccinations if asked, or if they fail to comply with any aspect of the COVID-19 policy.

Before registering for the CAGP Conference, please consider which of the following is applicable to you:

- If you will be able to provide proof of being up to date with your COVID-19 vaccinations, if asked, at the time of the Conference, please continue with your registration.

- If you are unable to provide proof of being up to date with your COVID-19 vaccinations, if asked, at the time of the Conference because you have a valid medical exemption, please contact CAGP before completing your registration to discuss what documentation may be required in support of your exemption.

- If you are unable to provide proof of being up to date with your COVID-19 vaccinations or a valid medical exemption, CAGP is, unfortunately, unable to host you at this Conference.
